When u went in I wasn't expecting much, however I was so wrong the food is brilliant and tasty. Best chippy meal I've had in years (no lie) highly recommend and very friendly staff. Shame others in the area can't be as nice aswell as friendly as they are here. I will definitely visit again. Price is also very reasonable.
Very satisfying, freshly cooked, fresh ingredients fish and chips. A favourite dish which I can only say was satisfiable. I had table service and ordered a small size, as the big size was too big. I also had mushy peas which was so hot when it arrived and absolutely delicious.
Fish and batter were great. However the chips, mostly small bits were not that great and the peas were awful. The lady who served me was very nice. The restaurant looks like the rest of the town, worn out and seen better days.
A proper fish and chip restaurant (and take away) with good food. No unnecessary thrills. Would definitely eat here again. Eat there Friday 28th April 2024,when I took the pictures of the restairan menu. (take away probably has lower prices)
Excellent food at a good price too. Had fish and chips with spicy curry sauce and it was on par with Harry Ramsdens but a lot cheaper
